The staff is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed. The hot showers were a treat after a long day. We appreciated the fact that they stored our luggage while we were on safari. Additionally, the location had plenty of dining options nearby.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but transportation options are readily available at reasonable prices, so it wasn't a major issue.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. My wife and I stayed here before and after our safari and were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel like family. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a fan for a cool breeze. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying complimentary tea/coffee. The breakfast was delicious and served with lovely touches. Antony, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by arranging transportation and giving us helpful tips. I hope to visit again soon.

The breakfast provided was delicious. The location was convenient, being close to the city but still quiet at night. Our stay at Savannah House was fantastic. The owner, Anthony, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He even helped us arrange a spontaneous day trip to Kilimanjaro and organized our bus tickets for our onward journey. The rooms were clean and well-cared for, and the breakfast was delicious. Despite being a bit out of town, it was easy to get to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at this cozy and welcoming oasis. The double room was comfortable and clean, with a firm bed and a good-sized bathroom. The staff went above and beyond, arranging a taxi service for our early morning departure and even helping us order a pizza for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a beautiful spread of fresh fruits, avocado cucumber salad, and delicious Tanzanian pancakes. The outdoor patio area was perfect for enjoying complimentary tea/coffee and relaxing after a day of exploring.
The shower's hot water only lasted a few minutes before turning cold.

We were picked up from the bus station by a driver and brought to the hotel. Tony was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us plan our other activities.
